I signed up for the dallas morning news in March 2016, they had a promotion....... Then in April 2016, they rebelled my credit card....... I called and the customer service lady talked me into staying until June 2016....... I asked her to email me info, that I cancelled effective June 2016...... Email never came, I called several times to get a confirmation...... Each time they said it is on the way....... I finally called and griped ....... Demanded to speak to supervisor, low and behold she sent confirmation email while I was on phone...... I wasted 1 hour trying talking and being on hold with the many calls I made, to get a simple email........ Don't sign up for this newspaper, buy it at the store....... Because when you want to stop it, Nobody knows how to turn it off.......
