This is what Concorde did to me. I ordered Hope for the Cure set(4 pieces priced individually $240). They sent the wrong pendant & earrings. I called to tell them of the error, they said they would check the warehouse to see if they had th correct items in stock, they did not call back(I checked every place in my phone including spam, no one called). I called back 1 1/2 wekks later they claimed they called and were very nasty, they then informed me I would have to pay to send the jewlery back no credit no postage paid envelope even though it was their neglegence. The postage they paid for sending the jewelry was far in excess of the postage & handling charge. They were rude thruoghout this process, I contacted the BBB, it has been over a month since this began. This was a mothers day present gone wrong because of Concorde collections. I have used them previously, but never again, there were rude, condesending and non- resonsive. They have lost a loyal customer, I hope they are happy.
They have the worst customer service I have ever heard of. I ordered a bracelet for Mothers day 4 weeks in advance thied to find out shipping information like a tracing code.
They say it takes 7 to 10 days for shipment. They don't say it takes 5 days to process your order and then they ship it. They charge you 5.95 shipping, When i recieved the item it had .55 cents worth of regular post office stamps. What do they us the rest of the money?
The jewerly was not as described it had a hinge and in the picture there was no such thing I though from the picture in the catalog that it was decorated completely areound the bracelet it is not. The hinge does not work. Am sending back which I have to pay for .
I returned a ring 2 days after receipt-On 3/8/18 I sent an email asking when I would receive my refund-no response. I sent another email 3/15/18-no response. And another on 3/19/18-again no response
The Concorde Collection charges a postage and handling fee for each item of jewelry, regardless of how many items they can cram into one envelope. Case in point - they managed to cram three items into one small padded PO mailer which then cost them @ $2.55 in postage. Yet they charged me $$17.85 in postage and handling. I haven't seen a company do this in years, but I guess the Concorde Company figures they'd better get as much money as possible as quickly as possible. This is a real rip-off, in my opinion.
