Soon after CPMG took over - The staff is incapable of doing some basic research. When there were legal papers regarding the property, I received the paperwork in the name of the former owners. Could no one notice the discrepancy? Then I get hit with a bill for an accounting shortage. No one bothered to research when the shortage occurred or who would be responsible as the property changed hands in the middle of 2014 when I bought it. These morons need to understand that when one takes over property, a little research in the history of the individually owned units is necessary.
My HOA fee was raised because of a shortfall due to the water bill. I proactively installed a much more efficient toilet. I don't think I'm going to get any different consideration than those who still are using more water when they flush.
So many people living with this management are angry. Our community is going down hill.The Management leaves a lot of things un done, and we are paying them. How much?
At Jasmine condominuims the pool heater hasn't worked, and the ring around the pool is gross. The Laundry rooms are discusting. The washers and driers are never cleaned, so the build up is really gross, like tar residue in the dryer doors. The only cleaning we see is a blower blowing dust in all the open windows. We are not told when to close them, before hand. They don't do nearly as much as one cleaner we used to have years ago. She kept it spotless, and probably was payed way less.
Trees aren't being trimmed enough. Lots of dead branches. Lots of trash on the ground. elevators stink.Mail rooms stink. Recycle bins are just trash.
Took our guest parking to help another building they manage near by, during parking lot construction. Didn't ask, or tell us till it was just days away. The next project is taking covered parking away from residents, but not giving protective hail damage insurance. How can they do that?
Last year they changed how we pay our heat,it's now through the HOA fee, and I pay a lot more, because I have no control of turning everyones heat down to save energy and money. The onsite manager is forgetful, unorganized and extrememly rude. She needs to retire, shes way past the age. Parking citations is her specialty, but not dealing with resident issues. We as homeowners should be able to know how much we pay her.
I've heard, and experienced more then once, the management co not calling back. No managers seen onsite when there is construction. It's stated on the CPMG website that the association management full service community, is supposed to have contracter and/or association employee supervision. They left the bad roofers trash pile for a while last year. Not safe. The HOA Board is no longer for the owners who live here. Its for the money.
