I booked a private movie screening at this theatre for Saturday October 30. A couple weeks before the event the manger Linton called me. He was rude and abrupt on the phone and asked me questions about the event.
An hour later he emailed me and told me I was being rude to him and that he could cancel the screening as per their policy and not refund me.
I was not rude to him. I have never heard of a service being denied to a customer and then the customer not being refunded. I had to book this screening that happened last weekend at another more expensive theatre in town.
