The Cheesecake Factory Reviews
We went in for 4:30 Happy hour There was a sign right in from of us as we were directed in the dining room for seating We ordered 2 dinners 2 alcoholic drinks and 2 pieces of cheesecake The total bill was over 75.00 The dish of pasta with chicken was a small portion with 3 tiny chunks of chicken for 19.99 The burger was not bad but over priced at 15.00 A half glass YES it was a glass about half full of wine for 9.00 and a Long Island ice tea also filled half way cost me 12.00 Are they serious? I had a coupon for 15% off to use Showed it to the server He took my phone and came back with this female manager who stated we won't honor that It is a fake website I was beyond disappointed and disgusted after finding out that our bill was full price NOT happy hour prices because THEY sat us in the dining room and not the bar I won't ever go to The Cheesecake Factory again Shameful rediculous prices
The young people who run the company often seeking ways of 'hahaha' and lol lol, increased the firm's profit (fake profit) by make a cheap cheesecake and charging $62.95. They show a picture of cheesecake on their crappy website that has poor design ( they copy Mac Grill because that is what they do best, copy ) and then delivered to my 94 year old Mom for Mother's day a layer swirl regular cake with sweet icing. They passed the cake over some cheese ( the lol part ) and that was the cheese cake. I called the manager Chris and he was proud of what he did. He tried to say to bring in the cake for a refund, but then as he started hearing the little man on his shoulder say 'caching caching' the way his Daddy use to say ( his Dad was of the correct age to not lie and make a real cheesecake) he just kept on about how that is how they make the cheese cake; he said 'its not all cheese' he repeated 'its not all cheese' and I said there was no pinapple. He said that it's in the icing.
