This is one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a business. This company is very unprofesional. They refuse to put agrements regarding payment terms in writing. They Do not privide scope of work for jobs they request people to complete for them.
Unless your looking for shoddy work, I would not recommend doing business with this company. The owner (Michael Garcia) contacted me several times after connecting with me on LinkedIN. Mr Michael Garcia expected me to put my life and equipment at risk. His expectations were unrealistic and could have caused me my life and likely my vehicle.
He contacted me at least twice at the last minute wanting me to drive long distances and expected me to do competent work on his customer's worksites without any sleep, payment terms, or documents describinbg the Scope of work on his job. Is that the kind of service you provide to your customers and how you treat people working for you? I suspect that it is. want to make sure anyone considering doing business with this company knows what to expect and how they do business.

I attempted to get the payment terms put into writing several different times, but the owner ignored my requests and tried to rush me into taking one of his jobs without providing me any documenttaion or even bothering to ask me for my id, social security number, or bachground check. What are they hiding? You really have to ask your self, what type of people are they, and what type of people do they have working for them?
Why do they not want to document their terms, or scope of work? Seems to me that is how is how illegal businesses and scam artist operate. No documentation whatsoever. I suspect the people that work for them are probably working under the table and maybe even criminals since they dont seem to be very concerned about who they hire. They are likely avoiding paying any taxes by not documenting anything. Not having anything in writing also allows them more latitude to rip off people doing work for them, which is probably why they are so desperate to find people to work for them.
If you are considering doing business with this company I would be very careful and investigate them thoroughly. There are just to many things wrong with how this business operates.
