For nearly four years I have been an owner of a condo in a building managed by The Bulding Group, and sadly, there isn't a single nice thing I can say about them. Both our particular building manager (Bobby Kennedy), and his bosses (up to and incluiding the company owner) are very unprofessional, and largely inept. The communication between owners and TBG leaves a lot to be desired, and emails and service requests often go without a response. Bobby Kenedy has to constantly be reminded of his commitments to do this, or follow up on that, and instead of bringing valuable knowledge and experience, he has admitted on many occasion his lack of knowledge on various issues that are essential to his ability to manage our property. The relationship between unit owners and TBG is often hostile, but despite our Board's commitment to look into replacing TBG, that is yet to happen. Makes you wonder if there is any "pay-for-play" going on.
