Just as other have stated. The website says the parts are in-stock. Time goes by ask whats going on. Start giving you the run around and eventually cut off communication. Anthony Gellis is a very rude, unhappy, smart alike and unprofessional man. This is straight up scam business. Personal shout out to them, ordering pistol parts for my 21st birthday. Left high and dry in the desert.
This situation has lasted almost over a month. Said parts were in stock ready to ship. They weren't. This company or person rather, has ripped off mutliple people. one for a very large amount I have seen. He told me he would refund me last week.
Had to dispute charges to get him to refund. Then refunds with $100 missing claiming this is the cancellation fee that I have agreed to in terms and conditions. Very very dirty unethical business and business practices. From what I see this business isn't even active according to the state. I will be contacting attorneys over this matter.
Purchased a 80% 9mm lower in January, (Buffalo claimed to be the only company licensed to sell Gun Point brand 80% lowers) 4 months later I still haven't recieved my item that I paid for ($209 mind you). Numerous attempts have been made to contact the company and get any sort of update on the status of my order all have virtually gone unanswered.
I believe company is a scam and Anthony Gellis is a fraud, they take your money and send nothing in return as well as cut communication with customer. Third company should not be allowed to do business.
I ordered 2 1911 frames and a machining tool in October of 2017 (446.60). The website stated that all parts were in stock and as per his shipping policy that they would be shipped in 4-10 days. After this period I asked for a tracking number and never received the info. I waited some time because of being told of only having a 3 man operation and were behind on shipping. I asked again for the tracking number and was assured they would be shipped out on Friday. I waited another week and still got nothing. We exchanged messages and his were not so professional and even included some name calling. I gave him some additional time and he said he would just refund my money. I called him and gave the necessary info to do the refund which he said he did. He didn't. I checked with my bank for 2 additional weeks after the "refund" was supposedly done. I ended up filing a charges dispute with my bank and did get the money returned through that process. After the 40 day plus ordeal of dealing with Anthony and The Buffalo I am certain I will NEVER buy from him and will advise colleagues the same.
In June of 2017 Anthony Gellis owner of The Buffalo ( www. Thebuffalo) 397 E Country Club Dr #11 Simi Valley Ca. 93065 Contact 1-(805)-206-6705 purchase $10.243 dollars in product. The original terms of purchase was that he was going to pay with in few days of his return to CA. We have received the payment of $5000 on June 13. Sense then we have received (2)-$700 payments. Our last conversation have taking the place on August 10 with Anthony promising to send us some portion of his outstanding balance, we never received any further payments. On several occasions we have ask vi cell conversations, text, emails to kindly pay off the balance or return the un-paid portion of the parts, even gave them opportunity to send out $1000 for now and balance shortly after. Anthony have totally ignoring any and all of our communications as of today. We strongly believe that The Buffalo / Anthony Gellis have no further intention to pay off the outstanding balance or return any parts to us. We are force to resort to filing this report and providing to take legal action against The Buffalo and Anthony Gellis. We take no pleasure of doing so. Anthony. We are asking you in the public forum to resolve this matter and stand up to your obligations. We will be most happy to cancel or update this report one you resolve this matter.
