I ordered online a black angel from black art depot 15.sept 2017 to mark the 1 year anniversary of my daughter's passing. I ordered online and paid the amount required ncluding shipping which pushed the price up and placed my order and was advised my item would be with me in a few weeks. I am based overseas so wrote to their support@blackartdepot with no response for days I kept chasing then one person said thanks for getting in touch we'll be back to you in 48hrs - 48hrs later no response. Today I get a message saying I have to pay shipping - I already paid and still no sign of item. I have asked for my order to be cancelled because the organisation are either bogus or just don't care about their customers. I do not recommend any one use them for anything. I now think this whole thing is a scam.

The Black Art Depot sold me a box of Christmas cards that were defective and when I askedd for a full refund ,after returning the cards they wand to send me send me another box of christmas cards and I want a full refund .
