I purchased a diaper bag for my stroller on May 12, 2017. By the beginning of June I felt like I'd given ample time for the item to arrive (given the shipping was free). So I called the number on their website, nice lady tells me tracking had not updated since May 16 and that she should would look into and call me back. Well no one called or emailed back. I call them again June 15 and they act like they have no idea what's going on but lady offers to send a replacement order however now the original color I purchased is no longer available so I settle on another color. Tuesday June 20 rolls around so I call for updated tracking she says I should have got it but she will resend it. Email never comes so I call back a hour later and now this lady says it shipped out that day June 20 and was expedited to give the tracking 24 hours to update. Still no diaper bag, still no updated tracking and when I call they refuse to refund my money because they know it shipped but have no tracking to offer me. I'm done with them. Filing a paypal claim tonight.
I ordered a petunia Pickle Bottom boxy backpack on February 3rd, 2017 and today is February 24th, 2017 and still have not receive the bag!!! I chose free shipping so I gave them an upper limit of time frame which is 10 days before I gave them a call. I got through 3 representatives in which the first 2 told me that "we will check with our warehouse and will give you a call back" of course they never did. The third one, Sylvia, apparently was not much of a great help though nice enough to give me an answer that they found the bag defective and sent back to the manufacturer and now waiting for a replacement??? Now mind you, until i got to Sylvia, i was already waiting for over 10 days (must have been day 15 at that time.) Sylvia then told me that she will get a tracking number and email it to me so I will know the status of my bag ... which now has been another 7 days and guess what??? NO BAG .. NO TRACKING! My advice to any new customers who is reading this review is sure this store sometimes have a Lower price on their items.. TAKE THAT DEAL AND GO TO NORDSTROM FOR A PRICE MATCH!! Nordstrom will match their price but you don't have to go through the stress that I am going through.. NoW I DON'T HAVE A BAG TO TAKE WITH ME TO THE HOSPITAL!! My mistake was I thought since Nordstrom is willing to price match them, they must be a credible trustworthy lil' retail store. Almost a month, the lack of communication and little interest coming from them to go anything for me .. oh boy .. am I wrong. If I could give no star then that is what this place deserves. The time... that I don't have as an expecting mother!
