Well - DON"T rely on this SCAMMING - Pathetic - piss poor customer service, great at lying, deceiving and ruining hopes & dreams turd of a company to help make that happen. Didn't you know - they are the only company that has difficulty mailing a package - the mail is failing only this company while other are chugging along treating their customers with integrity.
I ordered the butterfly kisses doll for my grandmother with dementia, then three weeks later Ashton Drake sent me another doll called raspberry kisses that i didnt order. I called the company and told them if the error and the customer service person told me to use the return label that came with the doll and return it and i would be refunded because they charged my credit card. I sent the card back by USPS and got a confirmation that the doll was returned and signed for by the company, then again my credit card was charged so i called the company and was told that they didnt receive the doll until i told them that the package was signed for, then the lady told me that i would be refunded and that was 3 months ago and still no refund now i just got a bill in the mail telling me that they were going to charge my credit card for the remaining balance of the doll that was returned 3 months ago, i will never purchase from this company again and i will be contacting my family attorney about the matter.

Got an email saying it was ready to ship. Then nothing. Wasn't able to check tracking when I clicked on link, nothing happened.
Several days later, I came home one morning and guess what I found on my front porch. The doll I wanted sent to my granddaughter in California.
I have tried to call and get put on hold or told the offices are closed (weekend). Tried again today. Was on hold for 45 minutes and still didn't get to talk to a real person.
How do these companies stay in business when they treat customers like crap and won't answer questions or fix a problem.

Then we checked the site, she had been back-ordered. So we continued to wait. By now it was around September. She was back-ordered again. So we waited and waited. For the third time, she was back-ordered. I was fuming. We paid a lot of money for this doll, and we were not going to wait any longer.
She finally came, on October 27th, 2014. We opened her up, and she looked terrible. My daughter cried, she had waited so long for her and all she got was this? This piece of pure crap that we spent hundreds of dollars on? She pretended to like her for a little while but it was no use. It was too late to return her and she hated her. She tried to sell it in Ebay, hoping someone would buy her, but no one did. Her left leg even popped out of her body and all she could wear were long sleeves because her arms were jacked up.
