I paid a TON of cash to train with who I THOUGHT would be a podcast host that I listen to and love, Jordan Harbinger. Jordan teaches networking, social dynamics, negotiation, etc. I get to the class and ended up getting a crappy dating class from two washed up wanna-be rockers, one who calls himself AJ Harbinger, only to be told that AJ Harbinger's real name is Andrew Kaczorowski and he just uses the moniker "AJ Harbinger" exclusively 'for branding purposes'.

In other words, this wanker 'AJ' is pretending to be related to Jordan Harbinger so that he can trick people into taking their course. Ridiculous. Of course, when I wanted a refund, there's a TON of pressure, you're already at the class having booked flights and time off, and so you're kind of stuck there.

After the first day, I had had enough. These guys are a joke. We learned 'improv' tactics from some washed-up actresses that I could have taken at any comedy club for 2% of the price of this class. I'm married and successful in my profession. I didn't need nor did I want any of this. These guys should be sued out of business.

I've since filed a compaint with the FTC and the BBB as well. There's NO way these guys aren't deliberately scamming people, and the knowledge from the class was an absolute joke unless you're completely socially inept, on the autism spectrum, etc.

I am so pissed that they didn't honor the refund policy. "We have not given refunds" in their estimation is basically because they REFUSE to honor their OWN stated refund policy. Screw these guys. I'm so angry. DO NOT BE FOOLED by these fraudsters!

This company does not teach what they advertise. I went here for skills training, networking, negotiation, etc. Since the previous founder left, there's some imposter calling himself "AJ Harbinger" who is not even related to Jordan Harbinger, the original founder and instructor. So, instead of learning what was promised on the website, I was subjected to overpriced "improv" classes from an OUTSOURCED troupe of hens and 'coaches'

This was not what was promised. Of course, ask to get the refund they offer and you'll be subjected to harassment and ongoing refusal, numerous "clarification phone calls" to talk you out of it, etc. I am so annoyed that they tricked me into waiting beyond my credit card chargeback period. STAY CLEAR OF THESE CLOWNS.

AJ Harbinger's real name is Andrew Kaczorowski and he's a scammer

Ridiculous. I signed up for this course months ago thinking it was taught by Jordan Harbinger (who now hosts The Jordan Harbinger Show and has left The Art of Charm). I showed up and these two zero-charisma pushing-40/50 rocker types straight out of a 90s band start telling us how to introduce ourselves. We're then subjected to a battery of improv lessons from failed actresses (classic LA) who probably teach the same material at a YMCA somewhere for a fraction of the price.

I bounced on day 2 and asked for a refund. Of course, they hassle the heck out of you and don't seem to care about the client experience AT ALL. I filed a complaint with the trade commission and have also reported them to the labor board in California (their workers complained, TO US CLIENTS) that they were all paid as contractors with no benefits. Good luck outrunning the labor board guys!

No wonder Jordan Harbinger left the company. It must have been pure pain working with these lowlifes.
