This guy offered me a fake hard money loan and even went as far as showing me a fake bank statement and fake HUD deal with a FAKE HUD STATEMENT for a deal they closed on July 30th. They didnt erase the name of the Title company. I called the title company and found it was a fake! The deal took place a long time ago and they were not the company. The title company went as far as saying there are scammers using and fabricating their statements.
