Dr. Mark Harrison and his sidekick, Tim Messmaker from Chicago allege they have they only legal Cannabis merchant processing system in the country - wrong - there are several of them that are better suited for the Cannabis business than theirs.
They solicit unsuspecting sales agents and latch them to a one-sided contract in favor of Dr. Mark Harrison with a Texas venue and a number of restrictions that a good lawyer would prohibit his client from signing. Once ensnared, the unsuspecting agent sells a few accounts and is then notified his commisons are reduced or eliminated because he only "referred" the account to THC and didn't in fact "board" the account. The next step is the agent's termination letter to insure that Harrison and Messmaker recieve all the revenue off that account. Beware of these boys- if contacted to join them, run the other direction!!
This was written by a disgruntled agent who's contract was terminated for cause. We have never missed paying an agent their commissions. This particular agent never even sold an account and was not due any money at all. We strive to give every agent the tools for success.
