TGC-RC used to be legit, but it seems it is selective scamming now.
I placed my order a month ago, but nothing came. Strange, so I checked the account on their site and I see these order notes that were never emailed to me, saying they changed the price (doubled?) and they could either send me half or refund me. Weird.
So I emailed and I said ok pls refund me. They said, no sorry, too late! They also claimed that they don't have the ability to even send money, only receive it. But if that were true why would they have initially offered to refund? They must think I'm an idiot.
I have order notes attached. I could attach the email correspondence but would have to blur out my info on there first.
I had someone run the same thing, first i put my order in and than the person emailed me and said oops the policy changed and there is a minimum you have to buy . That was never mentioned. Same thing no refund but they were persistent to say trust us send the rest of the money. I said to myself, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I have been able to get steroids and profopol but never have been successful in any recreational drugs.I'm assuming you were successful with this site at one time for your post. Anyone can have a bitcoin account and receive money just as easy as you created one and sent bitcoins.So I would say thats a dead give away they have gone to rip off scammers.
