I was employed by Seth DiSarro, owner and CEO of Texas Silencewr Company in March 2017. I was hired as director of sales and later director of business development. I had resigned from my previous job to accept this position. On my first day I was informed by Seth that the company needed sales of 150 suppressors per month to pay my salary of $8,000/ momth plus 10% commission.
I was not informed of this prior to starting. Seth Disarro then suggested that I use my vehicle to travel throughout the US to sign up Class 3 firearms dealers. A vehicle was promised for this purpose, which was never provided. I spent 8 months workign directly for Seth Disarro at Texas Silencer Company and they only committed to paying my mileage. I also agreed to offset my salary to hire additional sales representatives as I would receive an override on their sales.
After 8 months without salary I informed Seth DiSarro that I needed $2000 per month of my base salary of $8,000. He informed me that the company did not have it (a lie). I returned home and requested my backpay. He refused to pay me. I received a call from Tim Hall that he had accepted my position and was hired by Seth DiSarro to fill my slot. He had worked for two month and resigned as he had not been paid. He filed a complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission and the TWC proceed to try and collect his unpaid salary.
The TWC fild a lawsuit against Texas Silencer Company and owner/Ceo Seth Disarro and won. A lien was filed againsed Texas Silencer Company by the Texas Workforce Commission.. This was never collected. I was later informed that Seth DiSarro was fired from a previous position in marketing at Stratfor in Austin, TX.
He had admitted his involvement with and actively supported terrorists for 3 years. I am providing the link to the Wikileaks email where this is discussed by Stratfor management. An investigation was requested by the FBI. A link is provided that shows the leaked internal email and I am also posting the content of the email below.
Seth Disarro (the new website designer guy, he's under Aaric. he's been here for 2 months or so)came over to the CT pen this afternoon. He was asking if I had written that piece on ETA, I said yes and he started volunteering all this information about how he lived there for a couple of years in the mid 1990s, helped the group "form and get out their message in an effective way".
I've included details below. Korena and Posey were there, too. You guys pile on if i've left anything out. He
was very open about his story, there were other people around who heard bits and pieces. Bayless has pretty much told everyone by now. Posey is corroborating some of the stories below that Seth told us.
* traveled to a town near Bilbao, lived with a family friend . This
family had a farm house just outside of Bilbao, he didn't mention
the name of the town. He said the friend had a good looking
daughter so he gladly accepted the invitation.
* He stayed there for approximately 2-3 years between 1995 and 1998.
The daughter (Elizabeth) of the family he was staying with had a
twin brother (Lucas) who was involved in ETA. Seth called him a
"pretty important guy in the organization".
* Seth said he supported ETA and their mission. He said that they
were not a terrorist group and that they weren't even militants.
That they were protecting their land like they had done for
thousands of years. He said that as an American, he supported their
desire to be free from oppression. He accused the Spanish of not
letting the Basques speak their own language, use their own names,
etc.
* He gave examples of spanish oppression of basques:
* While he was there, he alleges that two boys in the community were kidnapped by police and their bodies were discovered later in a well in a distant part of the country (he wasn't sure, but thought somewhere around Madrid)
* shortly after this, around the time of the funeral of the boys, he says that there were protests. Spanish police wouldn't let the Basques protest but they did anyway. This led to clashes at the airport where Spanish police/military fired at the protesters with automatic weapons, shooting out the windows of
the airport. He was particularly impressed with the way the glass cascaded down as it was shattered. He was nearby, but quickly left the area once shots were fired.
* Seth claims to have actively supported ETA by advising them on how to get their message out and make people care. He said he encouraged and supported their strategy of attacking police and military targets. He said that he also helped them to design posters and helped them figure out ways to display them in town without getting caught in the act (surely a serious crime). He said that it was justified by the fact that police and military went after Basque people and their land. He said that he did not consider this
terrorism, but instead was justice.
* He said he had an informal relationship with ETA through lucas, the twin brother of the girl he was involved with. He said he probably never would have gotten involved if it wasn't for her. Also said
that he had never heard of the Basque situation until he went over there. He spent virtually all of his time in Basque land and only a day or two in Barcelona and Madrid.
* He said that many of the older people did not support violence and he could agree with them too. He said that the Basques were very peaceful and wouldn't mess with anybody except for those who directly threatened them.
* Expanding beyond the police and military though, he also talked about how the Spanish built a nuclear power plant in Basque land. The people did not support it. What he believes were ETA people shot and murdered the director of the power plant. They did this with three consecutive directors until finally, nobody would accept the job and now the plant is closed.
* he said the spanish were at fault for coming into Basque land and trying to bulid deep water ports, waste dump sites and nuclear power plants. He said that the Basques were very environmentally conscious, the leaders of the green movement, very natural people. Also praised their paganism and talked about some of their rituals. He thought it was wrong for the spanish to come in and mess up the Basque's land by building these things there. Said they invaded Basque land illegally.
* He showed no remorse for his support of the group. Said he still supported what they were doing. He said that he would not work for them though because of the risk of getting arrested.
