Texas Home Exteriors, has to be one of the worse experiances of my life, i gave up my entire life in hopes of greg a shellys good faith of a partnership, they are the biggest liers rippoffs scammers iive ever seen in my life, they agreed to pay me a commision along with a salary, and a signon bonus, i never recieved either of them, i worked 290 hrs in 3 weeks, not just me but my fiance, together that worked out to be around 8/hr for both of us, with no intention of ever paying me or my fiance ..... They find every reason to not pay anyone and they are never in houston, they take off on vacation they expect there people to run things while they are gone collect peoples money so they can rob peter to pay paul.... its so pathetic, he is full of lies and deciept tells people what they want to hear just to get what they want, put it this way, i had unforunately not seen my daughter for a year, i invested my time and love sooooo much i took time away and said i would reschedule to see her due to them being tight on money, well come to find out they didnt have the money, i had so much faith in them, i reluctantly said i will wait to see my daughter only to find out that i took one day off just because i had been working so late everynight that i had no more energy to work, they got so mad that i took one day off that they wont even pay me the commsions that we agreed on, 20% of gross profits including my bonus which was bogus, they mde it look lke a bonus but they said it was for office expences, THATS SO FAR FROM WHAT THEY TOLD ME.
now i lost everything, and could they care for me.....not only did they disregard me or my family they disregarded me and the men i gave my word to that came alog and dd installations, my guys worked very hard to fix work and customers that were messed up when i came on board, and now they want to deduct the money for electrical work and the guys are not even electricians, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, HE HAS BEEN BANKRUPT 3 TIMES, SCREWING PEOPLE THE ON EVERY LEVEL HE CAN, JUST FOR HIS OWN MONITARY GAIN, NOW HE HAS FILED SUIT AGAINST ME TO NOT TALKK TO HIS CUSTOMERS, ALL I WANT HIS CUSTOMER TO KNOW IS THAT ALLMOST EVERY JOB HE HAS PRODUCED THAT WERE SOLD BEING LP SMARTSIDE OR HARDEE SIDING HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED UP TO CODE AND ALLMOST EVERY JOB IS NULL AND VOID FOR THERE WARRANTY... then he had the balls to pit people ive worked with for many years yo join his side so to speak, and pay them less than what they deserve, going from labor and material to just labor, the unknowing installers that he is taking advantage of do not realize that there being dooped, and he has NO INTENTION OF STAYING AROUND, he wants to collect all the money he can so he can flee to utah, THIS IS WAY WRONG FOR THE PEOPLE THAT ARE WORKING HARD AND FEED INTO HIS LIES! PLEASE IF YOU COME ACCROSS THIS GUY NAMED ( GREG "THE SIDING MAN" KAPITAN OR SHELLY KAPITAN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU I PROMISE, THERE INTENTION IS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ONKNOWING PEOPLE AND USE THERE FINANCING TO CHARGE WAY MORE ON SMALL JOBS THAT NO OTHER CONTRACTOR WILL DO, AND LEAVE YOU WITH A HUGE BILL TO PAY FOR YEARS TO COME!!
