Some of these complaints are verbatim how I was treated. Don't fall for it. He doesn't do anything to help you find a job. He doesn't have any contacts. He's not working for you. He's a scam artist. You will receive a rewritten resume and he will try to increase the number of connections you have on LinkedIn. I got about 1/4 of the connections he promised and they are useless. He's a very nice man, but most con artists are.
I called Texas Career Solutions, Kent Miller, after receiving a phone call from him, he made it seem like, that he received my resume, when in fact he pulled it from Career Builder. I told him I was concerned about all the negative internet complaints on him and he started cursing me out. I hug up on him. Don't waste your time on Kent Miller, if he was like that, then the complaints are true. There are plenty of free services in the DFW area that do a better job than Kent and they won't curse you out because you question him. Save your money, you can get your resume written better than what Kent provides for free or $99 at the most.
