I ususally do not write reviews or reports of any sorts but this has left me heartbroken and pretty much not alot of faith left in humanity. My son is a quadraplegic from an bicycle/motorist vehicle accident when he was only 16 on May 30, 2004. He is now 28 years old and is an amazing kind, sweet down to earth young man and anyone who meets him falls in love with him. He has been taken advantage of SOOOOOOO many times and this time I cant let it go without putting it our there in hopes that she will not be able to do this to any other disabled individuals looking for a specific kind of dog.
He knew he wanted a german sheperd he was given a price of 4000.00 dollars and was told that this dog was a great fit for him trained, obeys voice commands, doesnt cross thresholds unless told to do so, gets along fine with other animals, fully house trained,not nervous.
We get the dog home and he does nothing but pace back and forth,he is agressive towards the other animals on the property. He broke the window in the living room trying to get to the other dogs outside next door. You call his name and he doesnt even look at you. He pees and poops(really large amounts) in the house when he has access to outside many times through the day. I had just cleaned up a huge mess of urine and poop prior to cleaning I took him outside first thing he did when he came in was pee and poop again. My son lives alone in his home so you can imagine what a health hazard this could be for him, and not to mention the people who have to clean up such a huge nasty mess.
She is very difficult to deal with angry at times when you confront her or ask questions about the dogs. Her Bill of sale is very vague and shame on us for accepting it as it was. My son just wanted so bad for this to be "the dog" he is lonely and wanted a friend, companion and protector.
Since we have sent the dog off to training but it is very expensive. My son asked her for a refund for the training and all she would agree on was 500.00. Its going to take 1800.00 minimum, more like $2700.00 to get this dog just basically trained. The trainer says he doesnt show any signs at all of ever being trained. We are going to keep this dog because my son feels there is nothing else that can be done.
Please Watch out for this woman and her business. Do Not buy from this woman.....she is liar and has no compassion at all. She is only concerned about the money!!!!
