Terrible service, terrible work and terrible management. i brought my truck in for shocks and alignment and for the brakebooster and master cylinder if they had time. they said they did at another location so i gotthere and he immediately starts on the brakes so i figured great they have time but after 20 minutes he takes on an oil change for someone else and it was like that for the next 3 hours - 20 minutes on my vehicle and then servicing every car that showed up including charging a/c units. so being in ahurry he didnt check the brake booster to see if it was the same one and got everything back together and then realized it wasnt right. But during that he didnt know how to bleed a master cylinder and i ended up asking the owner to come over and show him how but he wouldnt so when it came to bleed the brakes he didnt know the proper sequence for that either. he had me push the brake pedal while he bled the screws. and the real problem was he never bled the back brakes he only pretended to. i left with a soft brake pedal and figured i would try to do it myself or bring it somewhere else. i checked the rears and found he had never bled them at all. there was no fluid anywhere or any signs of a recent bleeding it was bone dry.
So this guy let me leave knowing i could have brake failure because he pretended to bleed my rear brakes. and i still dont know if theres a problem with air in the master cylinder or not. when i called the owner he wouldnt listen he just wanted more time to work on it but after 5 hours i was done. and i didnt get done what i really wanted done so it was a horrible experience. their restrooms dont work either so good luck going there.
