My son purchased fuel at the Tesoro gas station at 99 College Road in Fairbanks, Alaska. After filling his tank, his car would not start. We brought it back to the dealership because his car is brand new. The dealership found that the tank had 95 percent water. After bringing it to the managers attention, he went into his office and never came out. We made a complaint on Tesoro's facebook page and they told us that someone will get in touch with us. Two weeks later, we still have not heard back from the company. It cost us $540 to repair the vehicle. We will no longer do business with any Tesoro company because of this. We will spread the word via radio, newspaper, facebook, twitter and word of mouth. I hope that they lose more than $540 worth of business for refusing to resolve this problem with us. SMDH
