Well I have to say now that my Tesla is 7 years old and has a measly 150 k miles on it is failing and the repairs are a total rip off . The engineering in these cars sucks. $1200.00 to install a headlight bulb ? Whaaaaaat . You have to remove the front tires to do it then you have to take out the whole fender liner to replace it .
This Elon Musk knew exactly what he was doing when he created cars that at the end of the day very expensive to maintain so dont be fooled when the salesman says you dont have to do anything .
So my car now needs a :
New Main Battery .....$23,000 as my range has dropped to 200 miles from 280 miles
New Computer Screen $ 1500
New Headlight Bulb $1200.00
Dont be fooled , in a few years get ready to bend over . Oh yea , and the resale value because of these ridiculous prices is really bad. The car will be worth half in 3 years depending on mileage.
