I wouldn't bother to file a report, chalking it up to a mistake. However, when I see similar complaints on their Facebook page, I decided to warn others.
I ordered flowers for my granddaughter for a very special, once-in-a-lifeime occasion. When I checked with my son, I found out the the flowers never arrived. I checked to see if my credit card was charged and it was for $76.
I called the company and the excuse was that the driver had a problem and didn't make the delivery. That was it.
Don't use these people. They don't care and I suspect they may be a bit crocked if they're willing to charge a customer and not inform you that there was a problem.
Ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral. Specifically said multiple times that the colors were to represent our college and those two colors were all that mattered in the flowers. Also ordered a ribbon or bow with those same two colors. Flowers sent had no resemblance whatsoever to what was ordered.
Have contacted the company by phone multiple times and sent in the original order they emailed to me as well as pictures of what was received. Keep being told I will be called back. One time spoke with someone in leadership who said her name was Vanessa and she yelled that there would be no refund. I replied that what I had first asked was simply for the correct flowers to be delivered to the family.
She insisted they had a sound recording of the order being placed and I was very glad of that. I asked her to listen to that and she would hear how the entire discussion was about the two colors we wanted in the order and the ribbons. She would also hear and see that at no time was I told they could/would change the colors of the bouquet. That was also not included in the email confirmation I received. Again I was promised a call back and it was never received.
I still would like the family to receive what was promised to us, but until that time I want to make sure others are aware that this company makes false promises, and does not stand behind their service at all.

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. A totally different bouquet was sent than the one that I ordered. Very disappointed.
