Due to a misunderstanding on the part of the cleaning ladies, they did not take the check I left for services on 10/3/15. I immediately contacted Teresa's Family Cleaning via email and was told to mail the check on 10/5 (which I did on 10/6). The weekly amount agreed upon was $198.24 for 2 hours of service. On 10/5 my credit card (without my approval) was charged $206.17 for the service on 10/3. My check was cashed as well on 10/8. I have made several attempts (email & phone-their voice mailbox is full!) to contact them - no one is responding! Apparently there is no genuine customer service here. I'm still waiting for a respone!
