I purchased a washing machine from Teppermans on January 14, 2018. I was informed at that time that they are out of stock and was provided with a delivery date of February the 17th. He (Steve Baker) did tell me that that date could change depending on the their shipment date (when they receive their next shipment in). I had asked him to call me before hand if they will or will not be delivering to me on that date.
I took the 17th off of work so I would be home when it arrived. By Friday the 16th after not hearing anything about it, I called Tepperman's to ask " am I receiving my delivery tomorrow." I was informed Steve was not in and would I like to leave him a voice mail. which I did. He did not call me back until Sunday night (18th) just to tell me they have not received their shipment yet, then provided me with another delivery date of March 3rd.
Again I asked if he could call me to let me know, whether to expect it on that date or not, I would like to know either way. Yet again, he did not call me. So again I had to call to see what was going on. I left another voice mail and he took his time getting back to me again. When I finally received his phone call, he provided me with another delivery date of March 17th and I asked if he could PLEASE call me this time before hand.
Well you guessed it, no phone call. He told me (on the 3rd) I was second on the list to receive my washer and told me he was giving me a credit of $25.00. It's bad enough that there's no real customer service / satisfaction, but to lie to me about a credit you're giving me that I have NOT received. They have my $650.00 + but I have nothing to show for it. Very, very disappointing, customers obviously do not come first. I'm just about ready to ask for my money back and shop else where. Teppermans has lost my business.
