This was the worst tummy shaper i ever used. First of all, it was shipped, SLOWLY from China- the website is deceiving as it does not reference that they are shipping international products from international addresses. (which can effect delivery time and return cost) The mailed package (order split in two so that i did not get the "free shipping"}contains no information. NOTHING. Not an order slip, return instructions, product decriptionns. NOTHING, Just the four shapers I ordered in four plastic bags.
Secondly, how do you possibly have a good fit when the panty is one size fits all!? (S,M,L) I did not order this. I am a size 14 and always order a size large or extra large. But how do I return it with no instructions? I order online ALL the the time and I have never not been provided return instructions.I am always provided an order#, the merchanhts name and contact info and return instructions. I knew I could not return the opened package but assumes I could return the closed packages. Trying to contact them was impossible, and I wasted way t0o much time hunting down their email, checking old credit card bills, looking for them to show uo again on Instagram so I could get a number or web address. The phone number they gave my credit card company was no longer in service, the link for returns on the finally found website did not recognize the finally found order #, there is no contact phone number on the website. Not exactly consumer friendly.
There are probably violating a ton of consumer mail order laws but they count on us being too busy and tired to follow up.
I ordered their slimming undergarments in December. The XL size would barely fit a Barbie doll. For six months I've been trying to get a replacement product, since they won't issue a refund. They have sent several "tracking numbers" that lead to nowhere. I still have nothing.
Customer service has been polite, but useless. No matter what they say and how long it should take, it should not take six months to get replacement product. I no longer even want the items, I'd like a refund.
I thought because of the good reviews I'd order a body shaper. I ordered a large I'm 5'4" 130 lb. Aging so I have a few bulges. Ordered a large when I got it I swear this thing I don't know if it would fit my 11 year old granddaughter I couldn't even get it over my thigh. After a few emails with customer service, I was told I couldn't have a refund because it didn't meet their refund criteria just because it didn't fit.
I finally agreed to replacement I still have not gotten my replacement over 2 months later. I would never recommend this company never order from them again please beware of them and their product. First of all, when you order online, they get your credit card number first and then ask you hundreds of questions about hundreds other items that you don't even intend to order.....My kid was sitting with me when I ordered online and she accidentally clicked yes, on one of stupid questions that this company asks before the final placement of order and there goes- added on Extra $40 stuff that I didn't even need. I had realized that this happened and called them within 2 hours of order placement that I don't need certain items of my order and reimburse my money for that. They happlily took off the items but money was never reimbursed. Order was shipped from China so it took forever to get the items that I needed. Also,I have contacted them multiple times on chat, email and phone call.....the answer always is- oh Maa'm...Give us 24-48 hours to contact you back and of course- NOBODY contacts me back. They have now even blocked my phone number that when I call them on toll free number- the call does not go through. A Complete RIP-OFF COMPANY
