Temptation Resort in Cancun I am contacting you regarding an incredibly inappropriate experience that my wife and I had while visiting your resort Temptation Cancun Resort on the date of 02/06/2019. My wife and I were using the jacuzzi tub on the balcony at 4:30 pm and noticed two employees watching us from the top floor.
We were on the 6th floor and they were up on 7th floor. We repeatedly tried to understand that perhaps they were indeed cleaning or going about their business but it was quite obvious that they were getting closer and trying to catch glimpses of us more and more. We called the management at the hotel and were informed security was looking into it.
I felt that due to the extreme nature of this privacy violation, further action needs to be taken in order for us to ever feel safe returning or not sharing this experience with other future guests. We feel absolutely disgusted and appalled by this entire volatile experience. We contacted Mr .Guillermo Perez lately without any help or resolution to our concerns , I advised against this resort for privacy concerns .
We contacted also a manager called Guillermo Perez many times and no resolution to our concerns yet , a huge privacy violations issues that need to be addressed . Date of stay: February 2019 No thing done yet .
