Temecula Nissan sent out flyers to hundreds of homes…BIG Memorial Day sales event…FREE CAR GIVEWAY!!! And there it is in the smallest print ever written THE FLYER SAYS, “Enter all week long, 1 entry per family. 2009 Chevy Aveo (WILL BE GIVEN AWAY MONDAY AT 2PM. MUST BE AT EVENT TO CLAIM PRIZE.

It’s 2:00 and nobody is spinning the big bin. It’s 2:10… NO DRAWING,NO CONTEST…JUST ANOTHER GIMMICK FOR THE CAR DEALER TO PLAY ON CUSTOMERS!! I walked backed into the tent and talked to manager named Dale Young. Why did he not have the drawing at 2. He said he wanted it at 3 o’clock. When I stated to him that he cannot do that…he threatened me with 150 attorney’s and would see me in court.

Now the next day I talked to Nissan Consumer Affairs…800-647-7261 (Case#35863093) They said they would call be back. When they called back they told me that Dale Young stated that his HR dept told all callers who asked why he did not have the drawing was because of the weather.

SO THINK ABOUT THIS ANSWER. That means on Thursday May 23 at 9 o’clock Dale Young knew that in 5 days on Monday May 27th exactly at 2 o’clock the weather was going to be bad so he told everybody to come in at 3 o’clock. EVEN A WEATHERMAN CAN NOT DO THIS. But then again if Dale told everybody about this time change then why were there people calling in on tuesday to his HR department.

THEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE A CAR AWAY…TELLING NOBODY ABOUT THE TIME CHANGE MUST WORK BECAUSE HE DID NOT GIVE A CAR AWAY AND MORE THEN LIKELY THERE WAS NO CAR!!. Car dealers have been doing this scam for over 25 years...nobody can stop them. You know he is doing this so Just don't buy from this company. (flyer attached) also have videos of this whole process. Receiving calls from Nissan and nobody there...they are now harassing me.

This is in reference to a used 2001 Ford Ranger XLT/Edge Vin Number 1FTYR14E71PA37849, CA License Plate 6M83725. Temecula Nissan and/or the Pedder Automotive group is attempting to sell this vehicle for $5995 and it is not worth anything.

It needs a new transmission, it has low compression in cylinders 1 and 3, needs a new engine, has a ripped ball joint, a crease in the passenger door, a new timing chain/jackshaft, the lights on the dash are out, and so on.

The coolant, transmission fluid, and oil are all intermixed together. Transmission fluid is pink, coolant is brown, oil is milky. They probably just replaced the valve body gasket to cover up a P0733 third gear error code. If you google the vin number this truck will appear.

If you see this truck offered for sale here or anywhere else, run!! This truck is worth at most two hundred dollars. TEMECULA NISSAN IS A SCAM!!! PEDDER AUTO GROUP IS A SCAM!!

Car has had an oil leak that was detected and "repaired" shortly after purchase. New transmission under warranty. Every oil change required a new fix of this trans-axle leak. The leak remians. The general power train warranty is up however the repair warranty is still in affect. Repeated calls (never in/always away from desk/no one knows his schedule) and messages to the service manager go unanswered or returned. I even went into the dealership and asked for the service manager & I was told he had left for the day. I went to my sales person who told me he had seen him 30 seconds prior....Sales person said he would look into the situation and notify the GM.

I purchased this car for my daughter and she has taken it in for service each time. They have completely taken advantage of a young girl. If I had known that the repair was never done, the issue on-going, I would have filed a lemon law complaint against the dealer and car after the they failed to repair the issue after the 3rd time instaed of after the 30th!

I contacted Nissan to verify my extended warranty - they have no record. After much digging, the warranty offered & paid for is not through Nissan. Repairs can only be performed by the dealership that has failed to fix the problem. Oh! and they want $100 deductible not to fix anything. Nissan looked over my service records, and immedicately issued me a claim number. I asked that they not begin an investigation as I expected and hoped that the dealership would step up. Since I have received no communication, and can't even make an appointment to have the car fixed under the repair warranty, I have had to request an investigation. I have also had to file a complaint with the state.

I have had 4 Nissans, (2 currently), and several family members have purchased Nissan's at this dealership. No more/never again. We will not trust the dealer for anything.
