Frontier posted 8 long distant phone calls supposedly made through TELEUNO, INC. that never were authorized nor were ever done through the named company. I called the phone number 1-800-460-0556 provided by the Frontier representative and they refused to withdraw the charge of $26.06 alleging that they were made through them when I absolutely have not deals whatsoever with such a company ever. They tried to calm the unlawful charge by offering a half ($13.03) refund. I told them that a charge of even 1 cent would be a fraud. I didn't authorized ever such a company to perform international calls at all. Please, help. Thanks.
