Initially he just makes excuses about why it is taking longer than what he promised. But in the end he just stops communicating, keeps your money, and never provides the services he promises.
DO NOT DO business with him. I also believe he involved in other computer fraud and illegal activities! I have proof of what I am saying, to include copies of my electornic conversations and bitcoin funds I paid.
