Teleflora Reviews
This place is a JOKE - A SCAM - They take your money, lie to you and dont deliver flowers. I ordered flowers for my mothers 80th, they promised delivery, got a text the next morning Jan 2, 2019 saying they would be a day late.
Then another text saying they were unavailable so they would make their own arrangment, THEN, they said it would cancel on Jan 3, 2019. I called and asked to speak to a manager - on hold both times over 1 hr, What a Joke!
I placed an order yesterday October 10th for flower delivery for my moms 79th birthday. I received confirmation and everything, I call after 8pm to make sure my mom loved the flowers i paid almost $140.00 for only to find out that there WAS NO FLOWERS DELIVERED.

What a joke that you trust this company to stand behind their word and deliver when they say they will deliver.
When i called corporate to see what is going on the lady over the phone states that the "driver had already been in that area once and was planning on delivering the flowers today, 10/11/2019. I asked her if these flowers were going to a funeral that was today and the driver was "already in the area and would deliver them the next day" would that be acceptable?? So disappointing that a flower company that has ONE job, cant even do what they state
On 6/8/17, I completed an online order for "Teleflora's Polka Dots and Posies (Deluxe) $55.99, Item #T52-3B. When I received pictures of what was actually delivered I was HORRIFIED! The arrangement does not remotely resemble what I ordered. It was in a small round vase with a thin ribbon wrapped around the neck and then tied off, mostly greenery. I spoke with the florist that did the arrangement and she explained they were out of the vases and ribbon it came with and tried to tell me it contained the flowers it was supposed to have. I paid for an exact arrangement and how does a florist reply that they were out of what I paid for. There is more greenery then flowers in this arrangement and it looks like a 2 year old arranged it. It has no shape and looks as if the flowers were just shoved in. The only flowers in the arrangement that were in the original arrangement I chose are the daisies it contains small red roses and some purple flower (the arrangement I ordered contained NO red roses or purple flowers).
I spoke with customer service for Teleflora and they first offered me a future 40% discount which I answered there would never be a future order after this one. Then it became let's make a deal offering me a 20% refund then 30% until I asked for a supervisor. They offer no solution to the problem other then the original florist picking up the arrangement and delivering another. It's obvious from the first arrangement the florist is not capable and I denied the offer. This florist should not even be in business if this is what their arrangements look like and Teleflora's customer service is as bad as the florists in their network. Do not get ripped off like I did. See pictures below.
On May 8th, 2017, I ordered flowers online from Teleflora.com to be delivered for Mothers Day to my 86 yr old mom. I ordered and paid for a 'Premium' arrangement. On Saturday, May 13th, the arrangement was delivered...and it was the CHEAP version of what was ordered and paid for!
Apparently they were not aware that I live next door and would actually SEE the floral arrangement!! I immediately emailed their customer service and was told that I would be 'sent a 40% off coupon for NEXT time!! SERIOUSLY? Like I would EVER use them again after they intentionally ripped me off? I told them that was unacceptable and that I wanted the arrangement which was PAID for to be delivered to my mom IMMEDIATELY..nothing.
How many people who do NOT have the ability to actually SEE the arrangement that they had ordered and had delivered to someone are getting RIPPED OFF?
Mother's Day flowers!! Teleflora charged me $160.00 for an arrangement for my mother with three balloons & chocolates.
Took my money (all $160.00 IN ADVANCE) and forwarded the ordre to a "member" florist after taking a hefty commission for their zero labor handling. The florist promptly delivered shixxy flowers and did not include the high priced, high margin additional items including balloons and chocolates.
I immediately called Teleflora's Screw the Customer Hotline. Telefora's version of United's We don't care about you even lmore than United" Customer Abuse Line.
Unfortunately, Teleflora does not care at all how long you wait on hold because they are busy. What the genius that runs customer service doesnt get is that anyone that has a complaint that has to wait raging on hold, they lose approximately 300 prospective customers to that one angry past sale that will tell everyone of their friends anad anyone that will listen to how little Teleflora cares about anything other than getting your money and then nothing else matters.
After waiting 30 minutes, the first call/time, I got a foreign call center that of course promptly spent another 30 minutes before not only telling me they couldnt help at all but their supervisor WASN"T AVAILABLE! SO I asked to be transferred to an english speaking american supervisor, and they put me back in the same bs que that I had already waited 30 minutes! ON HOLD!
To make a long story shorter, I called back a second and third time. The foreign call center Indian Girl had teh gall to put me into a dead end recording instead of transferring me at all! AFTER WAITING ON HOLD ANOTHER 42 minutes!
By the third time I am in a RAGE, get an Indian man that I refuse to tell the complaint because I know from the SOP and protocol from the last two strikeouts that they cannot help and I need a Supervisor. AN AMERICAN SUPERVISOR!
The Indian man tells me that there is no supervisor available because the complaint que is too long and he cannot help me!
Hopefully the President of Teleflora sees this and gets fired like Munoz should have for being the idiot that doesnt understand how critical the Teleflora call center is to customer return sales.
It was simple. Deliver the goods or refund the sale. Either the CEO or his COO are sooo stupid they do nto understand the value of or rather the customer loss value of on hold seconds when customers are wronged.
They obviously DO NOT CARE. JUST LIKE UNITED. The only difference is that Teleflora doesnt feel the pain UNITED did in teh market and forever in the Public EYE.
Fortunately, ROR gives the Consumer a voice to reveal the abuses of Teleflora and post why consumers should never use brokers and go direct.
US executives will slowly understand that the shitty service intrinsically delivered by all foreign call centers and/or CSR's that don't speak clear English will continue to cost their corporations their greatest and most valuable asset. Their REVENUE that is only available through satisfied customers which no one that waits on hold for longer than 4 rings will be satisfied.
The saddest part is that between my corporation, wife and myself we purchased over a dozen arrangements and spent over $ 1,500.00 today.
Fool me once, shame on you, Fool me twice, shame on me.. I only suffer abuse one time and then I tell all my friends and all use it for my company presentations when I speak to thousands.
TELEFLORA Emailed an advertisement prior to Valentines Day, presenting a series of gorgeous flower arrangements at an alleged 20% discount pricing and three levels of supposedly increasing attractiveness. I purchased on-line and selected the largest "arrangement" from one group of offerings. After the so-called discount, my billing still came to almost $90. I proceeded with the purchase only because I was pretty much committed at that point.
No flowers showed up on Valentines day, much to my and, particulary my wife's, disappointment. I called two differnt company numbers from their website to complain, only to wind up finding it impossible to speak to a real person, but instead asked by a robot to press the proper key if I would like to have the flowers delivered the next day, which I did.
The next afternoon, an anonymous, unmarked vehicle delivered a pathetically small, almost colorless bouquet. My wife, as is her nature, feigned real delight, rather than hurt my feelings, but I know that she was incredibly disappointed.
My conclusion: TELEFLORA is a genuine RIPOFF specialist with very misleading and dishonest website presentations. I will never consider using them again and I've clearly learned to actually visit a local florist in the future, in order to guarantee that I get what I paid for and the service and quality are legitimately represented.
I ordered my son's prom corsage to be delivered on May 13th, a day prior to the actual event, just to be safe. The order was placed at the beginning of the week, processed, and a confirmation given, I was even given a choice of florist to be used in my area, all was well.
The day of delivery nothinig arrived, I thought maybe the delivery was running late, so I waited until 6:30 pm and placed a call, the response that followed was mind blowing. After sitting on hold for over 30 minutes, I was told that there was a problem processing my card, I was confused by this as no one had called to inform me of this issue, a confirmation number had been given, and accoring to their website everything we fine with the order. I said okay, it is a good thing that we did not need the flowers tonight, but the prom is tomorrow, please while I am on the phone, process the payment, get an approval code code, give me a new confirmaiton code, and a delivery time.
The order was processed, card charged, approval code received, confirmation code given, delivery time given by 1:00 pm, and I stressed the prom that evening. Next day, 1pm cam and went, called talked to someone else, who told my my card had been refunded and that no prom corsage would be delivered.....why you are asking, they clain that there was a processing issue. Are you kidding? i asked to speak to a supervisor, sat on hold for over thirty minutes, no one ever came to the phone.
Long story short, avoid at all cost, they are not reliable. I checked with my bank, no charge had ever been attempted my teleflora on my card on either date. I am not sure what type of issue that are trying to pull but this is ridiculous. you do not tell people that flowers will be delivered, if you have no intent of following through. Thank God I was able to find a local florist take in the picture from teleflora and they created the same corsage for half the price.
This company is incapable of sending the flowers selected. Photos do not represent what gets delivered. "Customer Service" is an oxymoron -- they will tell any lie that comes to mind, claiming the flowers are on the truck for delivery, we will call you within an hour, we don't know the florist in your area assigned to make the arrangement. All lies. Do not use this company ever. Use a florist in your neighborhood that you know is reliable. The extra money that will cost you is more than worth it. The photos on Teleflora.com will never be the ones delivered. This company goes beyond misrepresentation and straight to fraud. Why are they even allowed to still be in business?
