I had got phone service with them the phone never got turned on when they said they was coming so i called cancel service and to get a refund and was told that they don't give refunds so not only that i didnt get my money but they still sending me a bill so i call them and told them i don't have service with you all she told me yes you do i said lady you want get no more money from me you all ready rip me off.So if anyone needs home Phone service tele circuit is not the place they are truely a RIP OFF.
Telecircuit without my authorization changed/slammed my phone line. This act is illegal and willing to pursue legal actions. I have now received two bills from this third party for long distance services which was never authorized!
My 93 year old mother-in-law received a phone bill from TeleCircuit. I tried to call the numbers listed on the 4 page bill that she received, I was unable to reach a "human" to talk to. I tried to log into the e-mail address on the bill but it is no good. Having read other reports I agree they are praying on the elderly. I would like to know how they got her information to do this!
She doesn't remember giving anyone her information at home or the senior center she attends 3 days a week. Any time someone calls her about anything financial she tells them to call me because I pay all of her bills. I went through her callr ID log as far back as I could and nothing with any of the phone numbers on this bill showed up.
