I purchased what I expected to be state-of-the-art travel agency management software. The owner, Desiree Golembieskispoke so highly of her product and assured me that as a travel agent herself she knew exacly the type of functions an agency management program needs to have.
I mi notified my current agency management software provider that I was switching over to teeny office and to terminate my contract. However, the day that we were scheduled to transition over to Teeny Office turned into a not so teeny disaster. Desiree, who I would have expected to be able to keep it together fell apart. Screaming snd yelling at MY staff, cursing out some guy named Andre who is the developer of the software from what I gathered (I was tokd that Desiree was once a programmer abs wrote the code for the software herself. This ofcoruse is a lie) and eventually crying like a baby in my office for over an hour.
whaling at the top of her lungs in my restroom. Please keep in mind this is my place of business where this display of incompuance n lack of professionalism is always unacceptable.
needless to say, at the conclusion of our meeting that day I requested a phone refund and immediate termination of the contract. At that point I thought th had seen it all with Desiree. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Desiree surprise me yet again when she locked herself in my bathroom and had an even bigger temper tantrum.
to say that Desiree Golembiewski doesn't take rejection well is an understatement ! Desiree us what I call a nutter. She should be in the insane asylum, not running a business. I feel sorry for her because she clearly has some sort of psyvhological problems. However, my office is not the place to begave in this manner.
this his may be a decent software done day in the future if she is able to get the software to function . But for now, stay with your current agency management company. She is at least 2-3 years away from putting this product on the market. And she really should consider hiring a professional to get the job done. She clearly sucks at being a software developer.
