Like everyone else, I order 3 pairs for Christmas presents. I received one early on that was correct, however the last two are another story. I got email that they were finally shipping Dec 5th but when I use the tracking number to check, uses says has not been notifies by seller. This order was off a facebook ad. Facebook needs to do a little more due diligence in verifying it's clients and just not sell ads to any tom, dick or harry
I will never ever order from this place again!!! I ordered 2 items in JULY 2016 and only received partial order!! When I emailed them (they do not have a phone contact) they told me they would look into it. Here it is mid December and still I have not heard back, I sent another email requesting a refund, I still have not heard back....looks like I will contact Consumer Justice for some assistance!!
This is ridiculous!! I ordered leggings 3 months ago! Now they are saying another 4-6 wks.! This was supposed to be my wife's birthday present back in Sept. I asked to my leggings sent and my refund for this inconvenience. They told me that they'll send a bracelet for my inconvenience. They also gave me defective hoodie! This experience has been horrible!
Ordered 2 pair of leggings 10 weeks ago and still haven't received them!! sent an email because there's no phone # to call. Their response was they'd look into it and to apologize i could order a free bracelet. I ordered the bracelet and they charged my credit card!!
Yep same issue as every one else, only received the bracelet not the leggings it's been well over the time frame that I was supposed to receive them.
I have emailed and get no response.

Ordered leggings and the size was way off I wanted to replace them with a larger size and no one helped me I'm out $39.00 and my daughter has not gotten replacement leggings DO NOT BUY FROM TEEHOOD!!
Have 2 outstanding orders with this company . made orders in March of 2016 , orders are still pending. this company took my money , and now their site is down .
Re: Order #222777 Ordered Dallas Cowboys Ugly Sweater Leggings on 10/5/16. Received the incorrect product, Seattle Seahawks leggings on 11/7/16. It is now 1/11/17. I still do not have my correct order or a refund. I have contacted then no less than 18 times via email with no reply. The two times I contacted them via their website contact form, they requested I send a photo of the incorrect product, which I did. No reply from Teehood.
Don't order from these crooks. Ordered a christmas themed sweater on Nov. 22 and was promised multiple times by them that it would arrive on or before Dec. 24 and it didn't show up yet. I tried contacting them a week ago after my package was sitting in China waiting to be shipped out for several days and the only thing they told me was that refunds are not offered more than 24 hours after the order is placed. My family Christmas photos are ruined now and this sorry excuse for a company won't own up to their own wrong-doing.
They take a month to ship and then you'll get an email that says Fulfillment conformation with a tracking number and all that good stuff. You'd think that'd mean your item shipped right... WRONG. They sit at their "Office" for weeks before they ship. I ordered leggings on September 12th have yet to see them, have yet to hear any word on them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!
I ordered a pair of leggings from this company. They arrived but were about the size of a child's small. I ordered women size Large. I keep getting an email from JEFFREY this they will be exchanged. But that was months ago. This company is a scam.
I bought the Pittsburgh Steelers leggings for my daughter for a birthday gift. It took over 8 weeks for them to arrive, and they arrived with a huge oil like stain on them. My daughter took a picture, and I contacted the company. I demanded a number where I could speak to a real person. That will not happen ever! Instead, Stella sends you emails, had me send the picture,
then said they would resend them, and I have never heard from them since and that was 4 months ago. I them started looking for more info, and found it in a scam site, stating that the company is hidden and it's located in Canada. "Supposably". I will not forget, and every time I see these leggings or anything else from Teehood, I am going to warn people on the page. I paid over $40! I am so angry!
I order from this company two months ago a pair of leggings the took the money from my account the next day. I have emailed them several times and I contune to get emails from a person named STELLA that ny order will be shipped BUT never see it. This company is a scam and it should be stopped.
