Teefury stole money from my personal bank account for orders I made for T-shirt’s. All correspondence from them is fraudulent and spoofs. They have no customer service access that works. Emails don’t work spoof and fraudulent Phone numbers don’t work spoofs and fraudulent customer service access is spoof and fraudulent.
They are a ghost company that has a spoof website that doesn’t exist. They take money for your fake order. And have no way of contacting them. No business hours. No real phone numbers. They have fake numbers and fake emails address registered with PayPal. None of them work. They are thieves with no employees no customer service no phone numbers. And fake addresses. This company does not exist and you are sending money to con artists and thieves.
I'm actually filing this report on behalf of my mother. She ordered a Christmas T-Shirt from the Company on December 5. She was charged for the shirt in December. On January 5, she got an email saying that shipments were delayed. We forgot about it until about May. Order status on the website says as of June 12 that it was never shipped. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they said that it was outside the 60 day order window and there was nothing they could do. When I followed up, they said the order had been shipped months ago, so I should have complained sooner. But again, we never got the product and their own website says it never shipped, so I don't fully believe them. Since looking to complain publicly about the company, I've found that a lot of other customers have complaints as well, so I clearly am not alone. I will never use, or let anyone I know use, this company again and I wanted to warn other potential customers.
I ordered some Christmas presents from this site in mid-November 2015. The order confirmation said that it would take 5-7 business days to ship. Six business days later, they emailed that they were experiencing delays but would get orders out as soon as they could. Though they were required by law at that point to spell out an exact timeline and offer the opportunity to cancel and get a prompt refund, they did not do so. I decided to let it go, as I figured it couldn't possibly take that much longer.
Eight business days later, they sent a mass email apologizing to everyone for the delays, but they still did not give any updated ETA or offer the opportunity to cancel. A couple of weeks later, I submitted a support ticket to inquire, as that was the only avenue they advised.
It is now six weeks after I submitted my ticket, and 2.5 months since I ordered my merchandise, but I have not had a single reply. I've reached out to them on Facebook but they keep deleting my posts and have now barred me from posting on their page. They have deleted many other angry posts that I have read from other customers, but there are still a lot more remaining. They seem to selectively respond to a few, asking for order numbers and advising that they will get in touch as soon as they can. But then the same people are following up to say that they haven't heard anything.
The most recent actual update from them is from January 7th, saying that it is their "mission" to have the old orders shipped by the end of January. That is not good enough. And today is the 27th, and my order still says "Processing".
I feel like this is no longer just about my shirts. I want resolution for all the customers who spent their hard-earned money at this store but haven't received anything. I worry that they have simply decided to take our money and run.
I placed an order over a month ago and have not received it. In the past month I tried to contact Tee Fury through their site and have not received an answer, as well as calling them. To hopefully resolve the issue I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against them to either get my order fulfilled or receive my money back. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have had.
