They took my $29.95 for a Jay z tee shirt. Been a month and nothing. No phone number to company just email address that no one responds too
This scam operation places ads on social media and then takes your money and doesn't fulfill orders. Product quality is so fricken cheap and the sizes will fit a small child at best (ordered a women's large) when returning for a refund the refund is never received. I'm contacting Facebook to have them shut down.
I ordered a tshirt off of Facebook 5/11/16 from Teecity. It was confirmed and stated that it would take 5-7 business days to arrive. On June 1, I sent an email, where I received a quick reply from Mary L. who reassured me that they were a little backed up and thanked me for my patience and that it would be escalated to a manager and shipped soon. There have been no furthere emails to my request for an update and the status still shows the status as "printing". I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Do NOT order from this company. They are a scam
I saw a Star Wars Father's Day T-shirt on Facebook linked to Pinterest. I ordered it around 3/22/2016 that was the day my bank statement said the purchase price was withdrawn. Today 6/10/2016 I have yet to receive the purchase. There is only a support email address so I emailed them. Waiting to see what bull reason they have for my not receiving the order. I told them in the email there was no excuse why it takes almost three months to receive a order. I also warned my friends on Facebook to not order from them. This shirt was/ is suppose to be a Father's Day present for my husband. I am very upset that people can act this way.
Ordered product in Mid November with a 2 week delivery promise. 6 weeks later and still no product. Emails are replied by auto reply. No other contact information or phone number. Asked for a refund several times and still nothing. Tracking shows that my costume is held in China shipping port. When entering my order #, systems states no order for this #.
