I am a healthcare provider and minister. The week of 9/8/22 to 9/15/22 i paid george pachter of technology data exchange 2,200.00 because he promised to get our services Colonics and ozone treatment in austin) on the first page of google listings in our area of austin.
The search terms i requested were not used. Instead, obscure phrases that no one uses were used to easily get to the first page. But if no one uses those terms then his services are misleading and fraudulent. The purpose of hiring an seo company is to be seen by people looking for your services using the common keywords that they would use which is easy to find because there are keyword checker apps that will tell you how many people are using which keywords who are looking for services you offer.
This is a scam. We are still beneath listings under 100!
Every time he gives another deadline, when i have threatened to start my complaints, he comes up with a new excuse.
The bottom line is, he stole 2,200.00 dollars from us, did not get us on the first page of google, not even close, actually we are worse off now. While scamming us and coming up with excuses at every turn, he ruined our ability to be seen by people looking for our services during what should be our busiest time of year. There is no way we can recover this last two months as seo – real seo providers need 1 to 3 months at least to start improving ranking.
Some things to consider about him:
He only takes zelle! if people use their debit or credit card they have protection with their banks from fraud and services or goods not delivered. I just got off the phone with my bank and was told there is nothing i can do about the “services and goods not delivered” because of the way zelle is handled.
He promises 1st page ranking but uses phrases and keywords people would never use to find you. Useless! this is the scam part.
He has complaints on the bbb which match mine!
Also, he says he’s been in business for 31 years and only has 22 positive reviews!! do that math!!
This man has no conscious. I am a minister and health care provider that helps relieve peoples’ suffering, many times at my own expense and he stole from someone helps others with her resources which means he has stolen from people i could have helped with that 2,200.00.
A month after i gave him the key phrases i wanted which i paid for, after i kept complaining that i was not seeing them on my sitemap meaning they weren’t being used to get to people looking for my services, he tells me that google would shut my website down forever! the same keywords my only two competitors in the area use! our services are entirely legal – identical to my competitors! he must think because i’m a minister, a woman and not a techie i don’t have common sense? The bottom line is we are not on the first page two months later – we are still below 100!! and he won’t refund us after numerous requests!
He blames his inability to deliver as promised on google. If there were issues with my website that is something on him and his due diligence to test before promising first page ranking in 5 days. He should have checked for problems if they actually existed. Can’t believe a word he says but if there were issues, this is definitely something he should have reviewed before taking money for a service within a certain time period!

I will do everything i can as i do in medicine to help stop others from suffering by his hand financially. If he does not refund us The huge loss of potential income will never be recovered) we will seek all legal recourse we can find and seek gov. Agency help for online scammers.
