It is sad that i have to wait for 3 weeks First off they told me to download all these stuff to my computer and when i was do to contact with their tech on via chat. so I did that then they told me to check back the next day in the morning, so I did and no one was on line, so i emailed them and they told me to give them time and that they will be online soon. so i waited for 1 hour and then emailed them back to tell them that no one is on line yet and what is going on. They got back to me and told me that they are having internet issues and to check back on Monday, now keep in mine that this falls on Memorial Day so again no one was on line. so i waited until Tuesday, now i'm at this point of thinking that it is going to be ok now I emailed them to see if their internet issue was resolved, and they told me yes and that i need to get online with tech because they are going to get off in about 30 mins. so i get on and gave them all the info they need and all the same info that i gave them in the beginning and they told me check back in 2days!!!! I was like WHAT!!!!!! and they told me that they need to check on more things. So the way that they are saying it in this video is not as they do things ..... phone is sprint and a samsung s 7

Okay i see they have been having issues since 2018 with the same gentleman.....scratch that; "crook" Jonathan! I guess they have been getting away with the unlock scam and garunteed satisfaction 100% gsarunteed refund scam for a while. So why not keep it going....today it needs to stop!!! I will continue to blast them on every social media and site I can find until I get my refund or they get shut down... Wrong is wrong guys at least back your word.

I dont know where you were raised but your word is your garuntee and if you were in california I would of sued you for the measly $50.00 you are robbing folks for! Seriously, I requested a refund a week before you emailed me saying you could not unlock my phone. You reply with your mailing me a sim chip garunteed to work, well it does not and my iphone tech at best buy even tried to make it work. It's a scam, for some you may be able to unlock but if you cant and some one ask for a refund honor your site.

It says plain as day 100% money back garuntee and your not honoring that. I dont know what back hole town your in but we dont cheat folks in the city . if you do there are consequences and you will reap them one way or another. Once I have the time i will find out how to file a small claims court case in florida where you are located in your city and providence. I will spend the money just to have the judgement on file so folks can see your misstreaeting customers and taking their money. feel free to email back if you like.

Don't lend these guys your money

Website says phone will be unlocked within 5 to 15 days! 7 weeks later refund your money! Say it's a t mobile problem not theirs. Asked for my money back a week before they refunded it and Jonathan said he would. Couple days later it still wasn't refunded. Asked Jonathan why, he said he just unlocked 200 phones last week and they were working on mine, should be done soon. I didn't mind because that is what I wanted! 7 weeks later get an email from them saying my order had been canceled. So he's telling me the 200 phones before mine had been waiting 7 weeks??? I don't think so! All this is is lip service, tells you what you want to hear. Don't go to these guys, keep researching and find a better company. Don't trust their reviews on their website, they doctor them. If you leave negative feedback they won't post them. I know I that, I left them a 1 star, but somehow they have a 5 star rating on their website!

I contacted the company on May 4th and paid $59.99 for their service to provide cell phone unlock code. They guaranteed I would receive a code 20 minutes to 24 hours of making a payment. I received nothing. I contacted them numerous times and got no reply.

They take your money and do not provide the service they guarantee.

I will never do business with this company. Stay away from this company.

Logged into their webside.followed instruction. Selected Spartphonr. Provided IME #.Provided payment info.

Did NOT receive Key to unlock. Order status : -Status: Fraud checking.I e-mailed . No respnse. I attempted to call.Only voicemail. Nobody rersponded.I believe I havee been ripped off.
