This company I worked for every sence they bought Lee's trucking . I know my job very well after 15years of it . Well my grip is that this company is a large company as to say more than 200 trucks and the driver is nothing but a number to them . They care nothing about you are what is happening in your life . As long as you are able to make them money . Well I had some back problems and was on medical leave and ask my driver manager if I would have a job to come back to after surgery anwser was sure we need driver like you . Well there were computations with my procedure and I have not been released to return to work and I have been fired and I do not think this is right so I am looking into a lawyer about it . This is how I have learned that they care nothing about you as a driver other than that I can't complain about them I went were they told me in timely manner . If I owned a company I would want a driver like me working for me taking and going out of way for the company staying out 2 to 4 weeks at time working hard for company just to be s**t on later . Jobs for truck driver are a dime a dozen but after 15 years having to start over is just wrong I don't care who you at with a record like mine you don't treat a employee like that and after being treated like this I would not go back to work for them any way. That's all I have to say about that .
