They call Realtors, asking the agent to perform 2 BPOs or Broker Price Opinions; they say you pay a one-time fee of $450.00 and after that, you get listings of properties in foreclosure. One day four telemarketers called me, all using the same script. they all use the main office number; each caller has a different extension. Two years ago, they were in a different location/state and used the same script. Two years ago, I paid the $400- and never received any listing referrals. they just said to sign into their website and wait for listings to be announced. No listings were given to me; I registered over 15 zip codes. If you go online to Realtor sites, you will see other similar complaints, that came from realtors who are registered on foreclosure or REO websites. The government shut down the previous company.
