Teaching Solutions Reviews

This business should be turned in for fraud, although they can't because their advertising is false, billing policies are incorrect & they will withdraw money straight from your checking account. You will never receive any product, billing confirmation, emails of any kind, & you will not be able to contact anyone in their proposed "customer service".

You cannot speak to anyone via their C.S. phone number, the do not respond to emails, and they send your personal information to a lawyer (whose name should be on the back side of a toilet). This lawyer, Michael Sue, sent a 5 page threatening letter to me to the extreme and forcing you to pay this company even though you will NEVER receive ANYTHING from them! Bottom line--- save your money, time & efforts, and your own lawyer's peace of mind. They need to be reported!!

TeachingSolutions.org I purchased their TEAS exam prep.

Their website states that I'd received the material "immediately," for download immediately after my purchase. Because I was so desperate for some kind of help with the TEAS exam, I made the purchase. Nothing was EVER sent to my email for immediate download, and I can't get in touch with anyone when I called the number that's provided (because the person on the voicemail said that "messages left on this voicemail will not be answered."

Teaching Solutions uses the guise of numerous positive video reviews to lure customers in, but then it sucks them dry. Don't fall for their trap. The website makes it seem like it will be easy to get refunded or cancel anytime, but that is not the case. Once you buy one of their test prep ebooks they automatically sign you up for their "tutoring services" which they will continue to charge you for even when you've tried to cancel. I cancelled well within the trial period, or so I thought. I was surprised to find a $47 charge on my credit card bill from them again, even after I followed all of the specific directions to cancel. After another email and phone call, I was still no where near getting my money back or just getting them to stop charging me. The phone number listed on their website just leads to a long rambling recording-- no one is there to answer. I finally decided to cancel the credit card I had used, even though it would cause me a lot of hassle. It's better than being robbed.
