Relative to Second Passport (Mexican), TDV has proven to be nothing but a scam. Good communications up to 50% of total fee paid, then dead end. No response to chasing emails, no updates on status, nothing. Both Jeff and Chris appear to be con men. Stay away. Simple as that.
