Shawn L. Laderfoot, Owner/Operator of a 2-ton maintenance truck for welding and hydraulic repairs on construction equipment sites slammed the aforementioned truck into the rear of my legally parked mid-size pick-up, in a parking lot, at Dickey's BBQ in Surprise, Arizona on December 29, 2016 at 2:50 PM. A witness who was a passenger with me heard Mr. Laderfoot admit fault, not paying attention, and that he would send his insurance information to my email account. Collectively three phone calls and one email where sent to Shawn L. Laderfoot attention by myself and a representative of the Police Department to provide the information. He has dodged fulfillment of his responsibility and made no real effort to provide the auto insurance information to pay the damages to my vehicle repair. This is not a individual any General Contractor, Loan Officer, or business in general can trust to engage in business with.
