I saw this product advertised on television and called to purchase the product. They debited my account right away that was over a month ago. If you try to email their support line it bounces back as an illegal domain. If you call the number you used to order the product and call the customer service line they tell you to good luck. I looked them up online and called that customer service line hmm they are only open 8 to 4:30. I haven't called yet but I foresee a wild goose chase. The next step is to contact my bank fortunately I'm only out 10.00 but I feel for those that placed larger orders.
If I could give this a 'zero' star, I would! I don't know if the claims made are true or not, but I do know that trying to deal with the company is impossible. I ordered the 30 day 'free' trial which actually cost $9.95. Then when I tried to cancel any further shipments, I hit a brick wall! The automated answering service gave me 3 options. 1) to place an order (WHICH I DEFINITELY DIDN'T WANT). 2) to cancel my account (WHICH I HAVE SELECTED AT LEAST THREE TIMES...AND THE BOXES KEEP COMING!) or 3) to touch '0' to speak to a representative (I DID THIS ON TWO OCCASIONS AND WAS TOLD THAT THE SUPPORT CENTER WAS CURRENTLY CLOSED AND THAT I SHOULD CALL BACK DURING BUSINESS HOURS BETWEEN 8:30 A.M. AND 4 P.M. I HAD CALLED AT 10:30 A.M AND AGAIN AT 2:30 P.M. CENTRAL STANDARD TIME.)
Next, I went on-line and tried the number given there (AND GOT THE SAME RESULTS). When I tried to cancel my account, I was asked for my name. etc. and was told my account couldn't be found! Finally, I sent an e-mail...and got no reply. Bottom line: I talked to my bank and cancelled my credit card. I really hope the BBB will get involved.

These companies that take your credit card # and give you an automated reorder should be run out of business! They say you can cancel but, you have to wait til after a certain date which may be a month or two away, they hope you will forget! They don't tell you how much will be charged to your credit card on the reorder, astronomical! I called my credit card company, told them I wanted to deny payment, they put me & the company on the line together. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP was so rude, would not shut up, talked over me & my card rep. My card company said if the company didn't get back in touch with them the charges would be dismissed, they were! Such a damn hassle, where has good olé honesty gone! I'm not referring to TBX Free, from information I read on experiences I did not even try to order!
