I ordered a 1 month supply of TBX FREE, a non nicotine product to aid in stop smoking. The cost was $49.95, the product was to ship and be received within 2 weeks. My card was billed immediately. I ordered on Feb. 26, 2016. Two weeks later, I called in and received a return call, this was March 11, I was told I would be receiving it immediately with an extra free month for the delay, as it had not shipped.
Today, March 23, I have tried to get someone to answer, return my call, or respond to my emails, no response. I am going to my bank to start a fraud report to get my money back. Don't order this so called product. I have to wonder if it actually exists. Terrible customer service, and maybe the only thing they do is bill your card?
they get zero stars. I ordered this product 11 days ago. My order shows priority mail which according to the USPS is 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. When I got the first representative, I was told there wasn't a tracking number, let me transfer you to a customer service representative that can help you. I got transferred to ANGELICA...Not so "angelic". She informed me of my address "HOWEVER" when the representative typed in the shipping label, it dropped one number from my house address so its being returned back to them" "back up, how could it be returned if it had no tracking number? (scratching my head). Shes going to contact the pharmacist to reship it to me which "could take up to 10 more days" for me to receive it. I brought up the priority shipping statement and she cleared her throat several times (pretty sure it wasn't because she's thirsty) and she stated its really general shipping. Call me clueless, but isn't that misrepresentation? So when I get it, I won't even have the 30 day opportunity to try it and see if I like it because its not priority mail and it was a typo (not her fault)

Call consumer affairs and BBB they will help you fight and get your money back along with a investigation against them! There are many complaints about them and the product already!
I have had some dealings with my charge card, Chase, and they immediately talked with who i was trying to get the charge taken off my credit card. In all instances such as this I had immediate help and charges were taken off my card.In one instance I was sent the particular item and did not have to pay for it. Make sure you tell your credit card people everything you have listed here. I also would let the BBB know of this fraud. Good luck.
I received TBX free on about 2 weeks after ordering and am on my 3rd day which I have not smoke not one cigarette today and yesterday I smoked only one. I read all the negative reviews and did some research, yes they do put you on auto pay, however, I called the number on the back of the book you get with it (1-866-416-6838) and talked to a really nice rep told her I did not want to be on auto pay and she took me off. Very simple!!! I have smoked a pack a day for 35 years and I believe in this product and I also believe it has to do with mind set. TO YOUR SUCCESS!!!!
TBX Free is a good product but the really horrible customer service wrecks the whole experience. The product takes forever to get, it you get it. We got lucky and got ours okay, but you cannot get through on the toll free number even when waiting 30 minutes of more, and they don't call back. I ended up calling the parent company and finally got a call back. We staying with the product for 3 months just cause it worked but the process to cancel is torture. The so called easy cancellation form would be great if it would find my account, the phone system won't find the account either, so I guess calling the parent company again is the only way to get a reply or results. If you don't want a huge hassle then don't order from this company. I would also suggest using a prepaid card so you can control how much they can take from you, as they are very quick to take money and very slow to process the orders or work out issues.
If you order the product, they will not tell you that they do not have the product to sell you, to ship to you, to delivery once they've been paid. Oh, you can make several phone calls to get a refund (I still am in the process of this) but Backordered, not in stock, or behind in delivery isn't something their infomercial will toute.
I never order from tv commercials and this was a 50.00 mistake. 3 weeks now, they still don't have the product and can't tell when it will be ready.

I received TBX free on about 2 weeks after ordering and am on my 3rd day which I have not smoke not one cigarette today and yesterday I smoked only one.
