I had a very bad experience with these people. I boarded my dog in June 2017. My dog came home with bites, scratches and smelling like cigarette smoke and like he had rolled in a dead animal. One of the bite marks was so bad I had to take him to the vet for antibiotics. My dog is a little Frenchie. When I arrived to pick him up, there was a German Shepherd, a Pit bull and some other big mixed breed who all barked ferocioulsy at me when I entered the house to retrieve my dog. I should have done more research on this sitter, but they had good reviews and I was really in a crunch to find someone last minute.
When I called to let them know about the situation, they laughed. Said "oh plesase... it couldn't have been on our watch". I have never in my life witnessed such cruelty and callousness from a pet sitter who claims to love animals. And by the way, they are not cheap and they only take cash (another red flag!)... no checks or credit cards, so no refunds or recourse.
Please do yourself a favor, and find someone who will actually care about your pets. My poor dog is not the same since this experience.
