Taylor Funeral Home wss hired me and other family members to provide a Memorial and Cremation Service for our love one who passed away. The funeral directors at Taylor Funeral Home, was required by Illinois law to complete, sign and file a Death Certificate with the Cook County Registar's Office, which they did execute.
Me and my family paid this funeral home for a Memorial and Cremation Service. Days before the Memorial, we purchased an Urn from another company for the funeral home to put our love one's Ashes in. On the day of the Memorial Taylor Funeral Home failed to provide our love one's Ashes. We had a Memorial service with an empty Urn.
Days, weeks, years went by and we never received our love one's Ashes, all we got were lies. We became suspicious about why our love one was taken out of Illinois to Indiana, when they lived their entire life and died in Illinois. After the Memorial we began to question the funeral home about your love one's Ashes and all we got were lies.
After our long time of mourning and grief, we took a closer view of the death certificate. We insisted to get an answer so we paid a visit to the Oak Hill Crematory, in Gary, Indiana. We asked the Crematory staff to check their records to see if they had record of Cremation service of our love one. To our surprise, we were told that they did Not see our love one's name in their records.
We couldn't believe it, so we returned another day, but got the same answer. We called the Gary Police to the Crematory. The staff told the Police what they told my family and we filed a complaint. One day we returned to the Crematory and saw Taylor Funeral Home headstones on 2 graves, and saw one of their limos from Illinois drive onto the Cemetary/Crematory into a barn like garage in the far back.
That let us know their affiliations, although there were no business signs, etc. with Taylor Funeral Home name on it. It took years up to now to finally realize the information entered on the Death Certificate is for a fact a big FRAUD! To this day we realize our love one was Not Cremated.
Due to Taylor Funeral Home's deceptive business practices, we do not know how or where this corrupt funeral home disposed of or buried our love one's remains. It is my family's belief that this funeral home engaged in a conspiracy, a cover up, to secretly hide, dispose of, buried a body.
No body, No evidence. My family paid and authorizded Taylor Funeral Home to obtain our love one's body from the Cook County Medical Examiners. They had custody and is responsible our love one's missing body, who was not Cremated as they deceitfuly and fraudulently alledge.
