So im making this report because my probation office is doing some shady activity that questions many things. Back in 2014 i was charged for manufacturing /delivery of a non narcotic. I ended up in the end pleaing out, taking a deal of 30 days jail, a 400 dollar fine, and being put on probation for 3 yrs. Ive always paid my sup fees and a 25 dollar payment on my 400 fine. Oh i forgot to mention this was a felony so i had to pay for a dna sample and court costs. Every month i pay with money orders and write in the memo designating each money order to fines and the other for sup fees. They however have used my checks designated for fines to pay off all the non court obligated fees of the probation office. Basically payin themselves first, can this be done legally? Now to get to thenext issue. Back in 98 i was charged for theft, placed on probation and ultimately i revoked myself. In that case i was ordered to pay restitution. Since 98 iwas on probation and got discharged and then was put back on paper from the 2014 case. I was suppose to discharge 5/22/17, tho now the fine of 400 turned to 892 because i have restitution from the 98 case that they added to my fine of my current case. How is any of this legal. Please help me
