We purchase tax product online through sales rep Dante Herrera on 10/23/2017 and sales rep told that within couple tech support team should call or email a time to help download and install the software but wait two weeks until 11/13/2017 did not hear from anyone in both email or call. I then email to sales rep on 11/13/2017 to cancel the purchase due to support is poor and would not want to continue the service.
As mentioned, product has not been downloaded and installed to our computer. Email a follow up on 12/22/2017 to sales rep (Dante Herrera) regarding any response to the cancellation of the purchase which have not seen any refund and response to the cancellation.
Called 12/26/2017, the office is close due to holiday. Called back on 12/27/2017 spoke with tech support Christina and she transfer to sales rep Dante Herrera but sales rep did not want a recording line so gave a direct call number 562-247-0300. I then called 562-247-0300 at 8:54 am and spoke with sales rep. Dante Herrera said that due to the software has been release there will be no refund. I also asked to have sales rep. manager which he gave Tracy Muro.
I asked sales rep. to send an email to me with a copy to his manager Tracy Muro. I then communicated back and forth with sales rep. but manager never replied or responsed to any of the email communicated with sales rep. The sales rep. said that due to no communication from us, they will not refund. Due to their return policy if it is return or request within 15-30 days there will be refund and if return after 30 days, the refund will be $300 fee for administration cost.
In our case, here we contact sales rep with the 30 days and should have refund. I strongly believe that it a RIPP OFF policy and I praise that anyone who want to purchase TaxSlayer product, better make sure about their return and refund policy.
As software in any retail sotre or anywehre as if it is not use or open the product should be return and has full refund but never on this company tax Slayer LLC.

We are sending a request note to the address the company provided and waiting to see what their verdict of refund our money.
