Powell rendered skincare services at my office on February 20 2016. He used his credit card to make the payment. I informed him while he was standing there that Skin Therapy in Raleigh will appear on the statement. On March 23 2016, I was contacted by my credit card processor. Powell disputed the charge ($100.00) calling it fraudulent. My credit card processor deducted the service cost of $100.00 plus a $15.00 dispute fee from my account. I sent them the evidence I had (his photo and the Intake form). I wrote Powell suggesting that he contact his bank to retract the the claim. His email stated that he would, which was also sent as evidence.
I received notice that the his bank ruled in his favor. Needless to say I am upset and wanted to warn others of this shyster. Of course the loss of money is an issue. But as a small business owner, character and good standing is priceless. He has made me and my company look bad and appear to partake in bad business. That I do not appreciate.
If I had seen the link below before allowing him in my office, he would have never gotten in.
